Have any of you that that waste of flesh has ripped off filed a complaint with the FBI's internet fraud center? Unless something has changed recently, the last I heard it is a federal felony to defraud via telecommunications equipment. Computers connected to the internet are telecommunications devices...

Taking a road trip to confront him or kick his ass is only going to land those of you who participate in that sort of thing in jail.

Just for the record, I have no intentions of taking a road trip to whoop on anyone. He didnt screw me over and it would be more trouble than its worth. I was just inviting him to make a trip down here to show him that I'm not the "internetbitch" he seems to think I am. If he wants to come throw, I'll be more than happy to oblige, but I'm not gonna go looking for this guy. I dont know him, and he obviously doesnt know me. Someone made a post in the thread (in the Depot forum) about being worried about him having the ability to identify them if they beat his ass, and I said it aint a crime if you dont get caught, and to not let him know who they were. He sent PM's to Christina my fiancee (Cowgirl) because while Matt (03TrubluGT) and I were talking to him she was taking pictures.

Got the person that asked about the FBI internet crime division Phatdoggy had a list of 50+ people that had sent money or parts to SD and had not recieved them back and sent this info to the FBI with dollar amounts attached. There was in excess of $75,000 owed to these people and the FBI has done nothing in over a year and a half. They also recieved all the information I had to track SD down and apparently when they showed up at his front door he nor anyone else was there.

The list had about 30 people and about $60K worth of stolen money and parts. The FBI was on the case about 6-8 months ago and interviewed most people on the list, as well as the Internet Tough Guy himself (aka Chubbie Trekkie, SD "Scumbag" Wheeler, Shit-For-Brains). They decided they didn't have jurisdiction on a federal level and passed all the info to the Gregg County DA. Mike Maxi is the man with the info now. PM me for his contact info if anyone wants to make a call.

PS: If an ass whoopin's gonna go down, I might be up for a vacation to TX to recover some assets. Just try to make it in the fall or winter so I can handle the heat.

LOL - on the heat....it isnt that bad. Only 100 degrees and 70% humidity, I think you'll be okay.

As much as most of the people would like to go down and kick his ass I also would suggest not doing it. It will not solve anything. Let the athorities handle the issue.

Besides, I'm not much of the ass-kickin' type, unless REALLY pressed into it. There are much more effective ways to handle these things.
