SD Wheeler (aka DTA) is being investigated by the FBI

For those that are involved in this ongoing saga, I spoke with an agent at the Tyler, TX FBI office and this case is being investigated.

Don't get your hopes up for getting anything back (parts, money, etc.), because chances for that are slim to none. Right now, I want to see him convicted and prosecuted for his crimes. I also don't want to see him scam anyone else.

FYI... I heard he is in business again under the name "SD, Inc.", so buyer beware - and run the other way.

This is the next step in seeing his slimy arse behind bars...

Well, I would almost bet my car on that he will get nothing more than a years paid vacation at Club Fed.

He MAY be ordered to pay restitution, but how can you make him pay when he has nothing to pay with??

I'll just sit and wait, but these are my predictions.

Agreed, but it's better than having him roam TX. And restitution was discussed, but I told the agent I fully expect absolutely nothing since that's what cow-dung's got.

The people he ripped off should be allowed to raid his house, shop, car, etc. Then give him a swift kick in the ass on the way out.

Rock on Keith. Anything is better than nothing. I wonder if he is going to have the balls to show up at some FFW races this season, if I recall, rumors said he was.

We could do the shop invasion thing on sentencing day!

We could be assured that he wouldn't be there (at the shop)!!!

According to him he's attending all FFW races next year.

Texas Law if very strict! This guy is seriously looking at some time, civil judgements and hefty fines against him. I wonder what will he try to use as his alibi ... "Oh I didnt mean to take their money, fu.k up peoples heads, lose parts and not provide prompt services .. I swear the devil made me do it ..."

Everyone can give up hope of getting anything out of SD. He was running DTA Performance out of his wifes garage. There was no shop, yes there was an address for a shop but there was nothing there. I've been there taken pictures, and to his house where I got my own heads and intake, and PhatDoggy's (head).

To be honest with you I am still surprised phatdoggy is still involved in all this, I know that SD still owes you either parts or money, but I've got to applaude you for keeping up with it this long.

I would like to see SD behind bars just as much as the rest of you, but just don't have any hopes of getting anything from him. You'll only be disappointed.

When I was trying to get my stuff back from him I found nothing was in his name, his house was in his wifes name, all of the cars were in either his wifes name or his wifes parents name. All the bills were in his wifes name.

Now then word has it they (he and his wife) are no longer together and he has moved back to houston with his mother and father. His father is also a drag racer, he races an old thunderbird at FFW events, even has SD's name plastered on the side of it.

I just cannot stress enough that you will not get anything back, just be happy with him behind bars.

The best way I can describe SD is a parasite or cancer.

He feeds off of others becuase he can't support himself.

If the feds are involved, then no state penalties will be levied.

He will go to Club Fed, and no worse. They don't house the violent felons, so he will probably not be in with "Bubba".

Sad, but true.

Destroy what evidence, he doesn't have anything to destroy. It's been known for awhile he's been taking peoples heads and reselling them to others for profit, and the original owner keeps getting the run a round.

As far as monies paid to him unless you paid with cash then there will always be a trail. Now then if someone paid SD with cash after all thats been on the internet about him they got what they deserve.

Mike... I put this way behind me until I received the call this week. I grew tired of not getting any support from law enforcement agencies. I know darn well that I get nothing out of this. It's the potential for SD to get something out of this that gives me the drive.

And like Mike said, what's to worry about? He's got nothing to hide. The most he could do is head to Mexico, and that would keep him from enjoying his life here. I actually hope he does see this, because it can't be comfortable to know the Feds are looking for ya.
