Ken Bjonnes, the man who has been the driving force behind the Modular Depot juggernaut of Factory Stock and Pure Street entries, will be making a move forward in his career by joining forces with DiabloSport. When the higher-ups at EFI Renegade sponsor DiabloSport came calling, Bjonnes had to answer. “
It’s a great opportunity for me that I just couldn’t pass up. I’m leaving the daily operations of Modular Depot in the very capable hands of Greg Brown, who has been by my side at MD for the last several years. I will be taking a software-side tuning position at DiabloSport. This is a chance for me to get into the manufacturing side of things and apply all of the tuning skills I’ve learned over the last decade,” he said. Ken will still hold technical interest in ModularDepot. ModularDepot will now have an even closer relationship with the tuning world and all the enhancements/advancements that come with it.
Greg Brown will be at the helm running day to day operations at ModularDepot. Manning the Dyno/Tuning realm will be Dave Blundel. DaveB and KenB worked hand in hand for over a year combining there nearly 2 decades of tuning experience into what we deliver to the customer today.
We wish him well in his new position, and expect to still see him at all of the upcoming NMRA races supporting the Modular Depot team as crew chief on Steve Gifford’s Pure Street entry and Sondra Leslie’s Super Stang hotrod.
