window (rpm) switch
WOT switch
fuel pressure
bottle pressure
That's the minimum that I would go with.

As listed before and if you don't have one get a blowdown tube also.

before i even start to put the bottle back in the car i will have all of the accessories to make it as safe as possible including a blowdown tube, BTW what purpose does it serve, is it just to make sure that if the bottle pressure gets to high and the pressure release valve blows then it will go outside of the car???

There is usually a burst disk inside that fitting that I believe is rated at 3000psi on all bottles. If it gets higher then that it will blow the disk out and all your nitrous will blow out that tube and out of the car.
Trust me, this is the best thing you can do. I just got over severe 2nd degree Nitrous Burns and it was not pretty.
