Do we have to wait for our specific year and model to be available before we can buy this or when we buy the $795 Pro Racer package do we get the ability to tune our specific Ford car or truck?
Most EEC IV and EEC V cars are ready to go. The PowerPC stuff will follow. If you have a question about a specific car, please post the year make and model.

I have a 2000 Ford ZX2 S/R with computer code XHG3. I was wondering if its ready for mine?
I dind't see a difinitive answer yet when I searched so I'm asking this. I may be buying a Focus or F-150 in the near furure and my sister bracker races her 1999 auto trans ZX2. How much will it cost to add 2 additional cars? Will I need to buy an entire new pro racer package for each vehicle or if I get the chip version, do I get a different chip for each vehicle?

Yes, both the ZX2 and F-150 are ready to go. Don't hold me to the pricing, but I believe it will be $200 for each additional car.

One last question. Will this allow me ot read the programmign of another ZX2's PCM and use it to make my own program or can't I read any other PCM unless it matches my VIN?

As far as I know, you can't read any PCM's with this. You get the stock tune for your car with the program. Then as you make changes you flash or burn a chip. You cannot read that program back off the computer though. (You won't need to, you'll have the file)

The reason I want to be able to read other PCM's is that a few friends of mine have PCM's that Mike Gearhart made for them when they were either working at Ford or when Ford's small car racing program was helping them. With the same mods, their cars are putting out 15-20 more HP at the wheels compared to mine with the stock S/R PCM or with the Superchip I helped superchips develop for my car. I'd love ot have their program as a baseline to tune from.
Ford no longer allows its dealers to have acces to the CBT5 code or the milder version developed for street cars running pump gas and mild mods.

Like I said, I'm not 100% sure on what I said. But my guess is, there would be some legal issues if this hardware was able to pull a tune off an EEC.
