Rev limiter limitations and check engine light functions??

How high can you set the rev limiter on the racer package and can I turn off the check engine light because I'm not running cats?

You can set the rev limiter to 15000 rpm if I recall. It will allow you to go high enough to hurt yourself if you want.

You cannot shut off the check engine light, but you can shut off hte rear O2's. The light coming on is a good thing in many cases. Like if you fail a TP sensor, you'd like the light to come. But, for things like EGR, rear O2's you can shut them off, for off road use only of course.
