Figured most of you guys probably have oil press gauges so u should know the answer to this...

When installing my autometer oil press gauge i could not get the new sender to fit in the same place as the stock sender...the new sender seems to be bigger than the stocker...it looks like there are some power steering lines in the way which are not allowing me to get the new sender at the right angle to get it in...do i need to first remove the powersteering lines to make the sender fit and then put them back?? bc as of now the gauge is hooked up to the stock sender and just reads off the charts high all the time lol....Thanks for the help!!

Ok are you useing a electric or manual guage? I ran a manual guage and hooked my pickup, down below the stock sender, you should see a torx plug in it just take it out put the pickup, or sender in there.

Ok I think autometer sells a little adapter that is a 90* or something you may have to use that since teh oil pressure sending unit is kinda big LOL, or maybe use a straight adapter and use the location I was talking about either of those should work fine for ya.
