If I buy the flasher version, Is there a limit to the number of times you can flash your computer?? Like if I am tuning on a dyno or something, can you flas, then reflash, then reflash, then reflash, etc until you get what you want or will the computer get freaked out or something??

I really don't want to do the chip thing.....

There is no limit to how many times you can flash your computer.

Well, technically there is a maximum number of times flash rom's can be re-written...how many times depends on the chip Ford used. But as Ken said, the flasher or software won't stop you. (Don't worry, I'd say it's probably over 10,000 times before the chip says "that's enough, go away.")

Bummer...so there IS a limit, and how exactly does it tell me to "go away"?

There is a limit to everything in this world, the question is are you going to reach that limit? Even if it was 10,000 times, you would have to flash it every single day for the next 30 years to reach that, is that really an issue? LOL.
