Well i was all set to make a bracket for my 3g alternator, like Lonne Doll illustraded, when it came in the mail. Well it arrived today, and to my suprise it was a 3G 130 amp alt with a thunderbird 5.0L housing, so it will just bolt in, anybody looking for this can get it from <A HREF="http://www.mralternator.com/alternators/mustang.html" TARGET="_blank">http://www.mralternator.com/alternators/mustang.html</a>
When you order it they ask you what vehicle this is going to be installed on i said 1991 5.0 thunderbird and they sent me one that will bolt right in. Also as mentioned by Lonnie YOU MUST PGRADE THE ALTERNATOR WIRE!!! just to make sure everybody heard that. Ill get it installed tomorrow and then my car should idle with no problems
