Just wondering if the purge plug is supposed to screw all the way in and if i'm supposed to put some teflon tape or something around it. It won't go in more than halfway. I have it plugged on the direct opposite side of the line going into the solenoid. The bottom is where I have the small line going to the nozzle into the intake tube.
Is this all correct? For some reason, it won't screw it... maybe i'm not doing it right. Will it leak if it's halfway in?
Thanks guys!

Should go in more than that!
I would use liquid teflon, the tape could get caught in the Solenoid.

I remember the threads in mine not being tapped very deep as well. I think I used an 1/8" pipe tap--check size--and took a few more turns and then cleaned it out really well.
You are using the correct ports, purge opposite inlet, outlet in the bottom.
I agree on the use of teflon dope or even just some anti-seize on the thread. No tape.

Tape could have a chance to clog your solenoid and then you will have problems when you spray the car.

I agree with everyone and I would get a nitrous fuel filter I just had my fuel solinoid stick open because I didnt have one and something got past the stock filter .

Lew--I had a nitrous solenoid stick once--only bad enough to freeze up the line, not cause any problems. I, too, have now added filters to both the fuel and nitrous lines.
When I first put the nitrous system on and had the fuel tied into the Schraeder valve fitting, I got trash in the fuel solenoid and fuel jet. It was from the thread dope the factory used on the threads where the fitting had been installed. When I removed it, some small crumbs were carried down stream by the initial fuel flow.
Filters are good.
