Drove up to D&D for their car show. I got there 30min before they closed so the show was over (Sorry Mike, no ass pics:( ). My friend told me that the localdealer brought out a GT, MAch1, and an 03 Cobra and let my friend drive the Cobra...

Bought the K-member, A-arms, and coil overs. Got the 14-175 springs. They didnt have any sn95 A-arms w/ the ball joints pressed in. He said I can take the parts anyways or he will ship me the arms w/ the ball joints pressed in on Monday. Free shipping, so the arms should be here on Tue/Wed...

The K-member looks sweet. I'll get some pics when I get my other computer back up.

Guys there were awesome. Good price for everything. I paid $650 out the door. Cheapest I found online was $600+shipping. Not to mention, most websites have fine print that says 96+ costs more.

They even hooked my friend and myself up w/ free shirts:thumb:

So far, my experiance w/ them as a business has been A++. Now to see if their products can do the same...

Thats what im running. I got everything for $549+ shipping awhile back. My only gripe is that I get a clunk when I hit larger bumps in the road. The passenger side BBK LT his the kmember, but im not sure whos fault it is. I put the kmember and LT on at the same time. :(

Here are some pics of the lack of clearance.

Maybe the motor mounts on the car are going out and changing them would stop this from happening, but I dont know.

Hey Lloyd - you might try a big washer under each motor mount. I had minor clearance problems with my Hooker LT's and this took care of it.

That definately works. Did that on my buddy's 95 and no more rubbing.

Do you remember how "big" big is? The TKO install is coming up and that would be the perfect time to do this sort of thing. :)

A 1/4 inch thick 3/4 inch opening washer, one on each side is the ticket.

I have brand new motor mounts, so I'll let you know if it still rubs...I also have BBK LTs.

Install should be easy. Motors already suspended. Install tranny, install header, install K-member, brakes, wheels, done;)

Lloyd, do you reuse your stock steering shaft bolts? I didnt get any of those w/ the kit:dontknow:

I run the D&D stuff on the front of my car and have no grips at all about them. I am however switching to a PA setup this winter for the weight diffrence and also doing 79-93 A-Arms to pull the front wheels in a little more. But you will be happy with your new purchase Darren that is for sure ;)

Why would you want that? Do they stick out unusually far? Anybody have pics of their D&D w/ skinnies on?:dontknow:

I had to go to the hardware store for those. There was a post on the corral that had the exact size needed. I think I even mentioned them in my post about the install. Try a search over there under D&D kmember install or something like that. If I find it, I will post up the info.

Here ya go. You need two bolts that are 1/2" -20 x 1"

My wheels stick out with the stock control arms. Does anyone know exactly much shorter the fox contol arms are?

if those Fox arms are short enough they will help cure excessive negative camber (if you have it).

Mike- that is exactly my problem. My wheels stick out so far on the bottom that when I aligned it, I couldn't into the right camber range. I can't remember exactly, but I think it is something like 1.8 degrees of negative camber. I really need to get that taken care of.

D&D's should have come with the wrenches. My buddy's did. And they are in the picture of the kit in their ads.

Darren!!! GEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hehehe...

My shocks clunk too when I hit big bumps, but the car handles really well with the Cobra R wheels on it.. lot better than I expect with a full drag race suspension, I too have the 14/175 springs, but the font end doesnt want to lift.. probably gonna go to a 26 inch tire!! Hey Lloyd I am gonna come borrow yours :D
