One of my projects for this winter was to get rid of some weight. I couldn't believe how much the stock seats weighed when I took them out, especially the drivers seat. These feel like a bottle of beer compared to the stockers!

Don't get me wrong I loved the stockers but I agree, they are overrated. First impression, these are every bit as comfortable and much lighter. Plus I don't have to d$ck around with all of those stupid power controls!

Yeah they are the wide version. I sat in the regular size seats and my back, arms, shoulders were hanging out. I definitely recomend test fitting any seat before buying, thats what i did.

Thanks for all the compliments everyone! Hopefully I'll get the remainder of the car back together and get some time in the new seats. I'll post back and let everyone know how comfortable they are.

wow man. those look awesome. Perfect color match! BTW, what are you doing with the old seats???
Also, I hear that line can get a little "sweaty" come summer time, and there is a product out there by "cool-vest" to "add" to the backrest. its like the "cool vest" with pellets inside. You put the pad in the freezer-fridge overnight, and the next day you simply lay it across the backrest, between your back and the seat, for those hot, long, summer drives. Just a heads up.
awesome job.

NOSPNY- beat me to the question.
Do the seats come with brackets or is that seperate or do the factory brackets work?
Thanks for the post, those babys are beautiful!!

The seats do not come with brackets, they are an additional charge. Im not sure if you can retain the factory seat brackets. I didn't try but I don't see why they wouldn't work???? If the factory seat brackets are retainable I suggest using them. Not only will it save you money but the corbeau brackets don't go back as far. For someone 6' and taller this could be a problem.
