I know its a lil noisey and that doesnt concern me but when you hit the gas is the car supposed to dart left? It seems to me if both axles engage at the same time and im running the same psi in both the ET Streets why would it dart left? Thanks

And when you lift it pulls back to the right. Thats sounds like a locker to me. :)

aint lockers fun? ;)

just wait until your cruising along at a steady speed and for no apparant reason it engages (or dis-engages) sending you into the next lane of traffic. that will get your attention real fast!

on a good note, as the DL ages it dosent do that kinda stuff as much.

spools rule... ive wished more than once i went that route instead.

Heres something interesting........its raining here now so I put on my street tires and it doesnt dart any more to the left it just pulls dead straight! Now the ET Streets had the same psi and so does the street tires. It makes me believe that the ET Streets arent made to tight specs and maybe the diameter of one of the tires is a lil different. What do yall guys think?

BTW: I love the 4.30s over the 4.10s

when you ran the 8.32 what gears and tires did you have?
I just ran an 8.48 @ 80.77 with a 1.87 60 ft and DR...just curious I know this is a thread about lockers sorry but I had to ask...Theo

I had the 4.10s in the car with bfg drag radials. My tracks suck around here and I had to switch to ET Streets to get any kind of hook and on my second pass with them i broke the left axle. My first pass I had way to much air in them and they spun the 60'. Theres not a whole lot of diff between the 4.30s and the 4.10s but I like them better.

Exactly. There's nothing to rebuild!
