I am wanting to get an ati procharger 8 psi with 3 core intercooler, I have heard some not great things about them and I have heard awesome things about them, seals, impropertuning etc.etc.. Also what heads, and cams to go with. I am getting the p51 intake , bbk headers to go with my bbk x pipe so it will bolt right up. I am leaving the block the way it is, no boring out. some advice from you modular guys would be great.so far my mods are jet computer chip, bbk x o/r x pipe, and70 mm throttle body and 373 gears..

You're gonna hear good and bad about pretty much every supercharger manufacturer. Basically comes down to personal preference and your HP goals for the car. Procharger no doubt makes a great blower and intercooler. However, the P1SC blower will support a bit over 400rwhp then you'll need an upgrade, so think ahead before you buy one. If you plan on making more than that in the future step it up to a D1SC. I like my Vortech and it will support up to 600rwhp and maybe more with the right combo.
As far as heads go, I don't know what year your car is but the PI castings are the only option right now for 99+ cars. Have a good machine shop put a port job on them and you'll be all set. Some good head porters include Fox Lake, VT Engines, Total Engine Airflow, etc....You can also get a set of cams custom ground from Comp Cams or VT Engines. You can call Comp Cams and talk to Dennis Miles or get in touch with one of the VT guys here on the board. You won't lose either way.
Keep in mind your fuel system as well. You'll need to upgrade to at least a Focus pump for 400rwhp and even better an 03 Cobra tank/pump setup. If not, your engine won't last long.
Last but certainly not least is the tune. Don't go with a Procharger tune, get a custom dyo tune from a reputable tuner. Superchips Custom Tuning can be notified here on the board in the Pre-Order Forum. Those guys are arguably the best in the country when it comes to tuning Fords. Best of luck and welcome to the depot!

I was debating on a P-1SC or heads. I went ahead and had Fox Lake do a stage 2 port and polish on my heads with oversized valves. They also installed a set of ModMax hi-rev spring kit and ModMax Stage 1 N/A Cams. You can really tell a difference with everything done. You will probably see around 45-50hp with all this and a dyno tune will help even more. For around $2,000-3,000 depending on what all you do. I picked this route cause i drive my car on the street and I run the bottle. Kind wish I would of went with a P-1SC too, but am happy with my heads for now.
Good luck
