help! tranny prob

Went to put a chip in a 97 auto 4.6L and it didnt work like it should... (tranny was slipping bad and no power). We pulled chip out, figured it was a bad burn and all was well.. for a day. Then the tranny started to do the same thing.

Any suggestions to check? Its like the rpms rise, but the truck doesnt move.

Did you reset the computer ? I'm assuming you unplugged the battery to take the chip out so it is reset, just making sure though.
