I was wondering if anyone knew of a company who makes an underdrive crank pulley for an 97 4.2L V6 F150. I would like to, if possible, replace the stock crank pulley with an undrive pulley. My little V6 can use all the help it can get! Thanks in advance.

Eric,

Might want to check with RPM and see if the 3.8 Mustang/T-Bird pulley will work. They list them for the 99-03 4.2L F-150. LMK how you make out.

Thanks for the link Joe. I have been hanging around a few F150 boards lately, and have only found one other person who sells an underdrive pulley set for my 4.2L truck. According to him he is the exclusive dealer of ASP underdrive pullies for 4.2's.

His prices seem pretty high. $109.95 for just an underdrive crank pulley, ouch. I will check out RPM's stuff and see if they have what I need. If that underdrive crank pulley from rpm will also work on my truck it will be a much better deal than the listed price of troyer performance.
Thanks Joe.

Dang that link did not go where I want it to? If you click on shop on that page, top, a section will show up listed as pullies. It is located in that section.
