My current fuel setup is 03 cobra tank , dual svt Focus fual pumps w/ BAP, and 60lb injectors. I have made 587rwhp running on race fuel and spraying my intercooler with nitrous. I am going to be upgrading my vortech s-trim to a kb 2.6L and I was just wondering what fuel system modifications I have to make to my setup to support 600rwhp w/ no race fuel or spray.
You should have more than enough fuel for 600 RWHP. The only thing you may be falling short on is wiring. If you are powering your current fuel system with the stock wiring, it's recommended that you upgrade it to 8 or 10 gauge wiring. It's a fairly simple mod. If you need a diagram I can probably track one down.

Ok so I should look into upgrading my wiring or the fpdm?

Both....
The wiring in the GT is smaller than the 03/04 setup, so you are probably losing voltage to the pumps. Upgrading the wiring would get you more fuel (not that you need it with your setup), and 99% of the time, the theory is if you are running a BAP, get a Modded FPDM.

you can run dual cobra pumps with a BAP though without a upgraded FPDM right? what are the cobra pumps good to, without and with a BAP?

You can. But you should upgrade the wiring. It will prevent you burning though it and give you more fuel. The less voltage loss through the wire, the more voltage to the pumps= the more power you can make.
