I am looking into changing up my power adder setup from my vortech s-trim to the KB 2.8h. Now my goal with this setup is 700rwhp and I know the blower is capable of this power level but I am unsure which type of fuel setup to go with (returnless/return) My current setup is a 60lb inj, cobra tank, twin focus pumps and BAP. Now my car made 587rwhp spraying the intercooler. I have heard that the return style system isn't the best for a street car, so if I could make 700rwhp and support it with a returnless system I would want to go that route. My question is what proven components should I use like pumps, lines, rails etc? and what can I keep from my current fuel setup?

You could swap out focus pumps out for 2 255 return pumps. Then get a fuel regulator and return line. Pre-99 mustangs had return systems. MD is doing this to my car right now.

Or you could go crazy and get the A1000 pump:drunk:

This is what I did in my 99. And it runs and drives better than it ever did with the returnless. I am just under 700rwhp and it is very "streetable" no bucking, jerking and feels just like it did stock......under 3000 rpm that is
