Ive tried to get a hold of you guys a few times about this. I dont ever get a reply through email so Ill put it on the forum..

I have a 97 Thunderbird, bought an X cal2 from you guys and had some trouble with my tune. We shot emails back and forth for over 4 months trying to figure out what was wrong. We finally thought it was fixed but the code came back. I sent you a few emails about trying to straighten this out but never got a reply. Im still getting the CE light. It actually never went away, just stayed off for a little bit longer the last time I got a "fix" tune from you guys.

I realize its been a few months so Im guessing Ive exceeded any kind of warranty I had with the purchase....although whatever the problem was never really solved and I never heard back from you in my emails. There was a two to three week lag time between "fix" tune files being sent to me.

Would you guys be willing to look at it? I dont know if I feel comfortable tossing more money at you guys considering it originally cost me $400 bucks and was never tuned correctly...took weeks between emails.....then my emails just quit being responded to.

Im trying to be civil with this one as I understand you guys are busy....but Im sitting here months later with a very lightly modded car that still has codes being thrown, poor gas milage and a wallet thats 400 dollars lighter.

Let me know if there is a reasonable solution to this.

Lets start with who you were dealing with. Nancye, Kelly, Chris, Ken, or myself?
I ASSume you have explained the problem to someone but please lay it out for me again and I WILL do my best to get it taken care of. I'm not worried about a warranty, if the tune is the problem then we will fix it.
Sorry for the trouble.

Kelly, Ken and Chris I believe.

As stated above, we shot emails back and forth for a few months trying to fix it. I was getting horrible gas milage, searching at idle and a misfire/stutter/stumble at low rpms (idle-2200). In 3rd and OD the miss is VERY noticable. After loading the last file the codes were not tripped for a few driving cycles but came back. P0175, P0172 IIRC (without running out to the car to pull them).

I sent you guys a few emails about the tune not fixing the problem but never heard back.....I got frustrated after the 3rd one and figured your shop was done trying to help.
